Thesis Title: Public Diplomacy: A New Framework for Turkish foreign Policy During AK Party
About
Public Diplomacy Specialist Muharrem EKSI, graduated from the department of History at Istanbul University in 2001. He had been in the U.S. between 2002 and 2005. During this period, he attended Master degree in the department of Near Eastern Studies at New York University in 2003-2005. He also graduated in the program of Global and Regional Studies, International Relations, Faculty of Political Science, at Ankara University. He is currently PhD candidate in the department of International Relations, at Ankara University. He was a visiting scholar at the Institute for Public Diplomacy and Global Communication - The Elliott School of International Affairs - the George Washington University in 2011. His research interests include Public Diplomacy and Turkish Foreign Policy, International Relations Theories, Foreign Policy Analysis and Cultural Studies, Critical Security Studies, Energy Studies.
