About
I am an historian and philosopher of economics, interested in the applications of evolutionary theory in the history of economic analysis. I also do research in the social histories of Turkish political and economic theories in the modern era (from 1930s to the present). I publish both in Turkish and English. My book, Kantindeki Politik Ekonomi, an archival work on political petitions, brochures, and posters belonging to Turkish student movements in Ankara between 1994 and 2001, has been published by Phoenix Publication House in October 2011.
I have been an assistant professor at Ankara University since November 2010. Currently, I am based at the University of Cambridge where I am working as a visiting scholar on a postdoctoral project entitled "Philosophizing Economics".
