About
General Purpose of my thesis project (it's changed, I will translate new purpose of my new thesis project soon) :
(Our team has determined that MarT is a positive regulator protein of MisL autotransporter protein which has a key role on virulence in Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium. With our transcriptomic studies it's identified that marT regulates, except misL, most of the virulence genes positively and most of the non-virulence genes negatively, at transcriptional level. In this project, we're going to reveal that if there's a correlation between the transcriptomic data sets and the proteomic data sets, also we aim to comprehend global regulator characteristics of marT in a better way.)
